Mixing with Android's MaView

Because of the access limitations set by Google, is it possible to mix Android's MapView with MapLib in the same view?

I am concerned about the events; I am worried that putting both the MapLib with MapView will mix up event handlers.
With Google's new ToS, a client is worried that the mobile application will over reach the approved limits.

I'm not sure what event limits do you mean here, but Nutiteq SDK does not create any events towards google servers/services. We do not use them, unless you specifically don't configure to do so.
In principle, I see no problem doing it. What access limitations do you mean here?
