J2ME custom mobile LBS application

Following is a customized mobile operator application, which runs as EMT Estonia (TeliaSonera) LBS service extension. The demo video shows following features:

  • Adding new mobile to friendlist, reading from phonebook
  • Mobile Positioning of a friend (using Operator's MPS)
  • Setting location trigger notification for a friend (using MPS), viewing active triggers
  • Switching on Points of Interest (POI) layer, viwing POI details
  • Using routing feature
  • Showing user current GPS location on map
