How to download OpenStreetMap tiles without texture?

I need OpenStreetMap for Serbia and Montenegro without texture. Only roads and rivers... I need this for stored and jared map so size must be as small as possible. I use mapcacher.com and gMapMaker but recently there was added textures and new roads for those countries so it increases map tiles size. Is it posible to do this?
Try CloudMade maps, they have style customization features. Another cool and free style editor and tile generator is tilemill.com
If this is not enough, then setting up own OpenStreetMap tile server and then modifying styles to whatever you need would not be too complicated also. Classic starting point is http://weait.com/content/build-your-own-openstreetmap-server
