Problem in using JaredOpenStreetMap

Hi,
I have used Jared map method to display offline maps in mobile phones. I'm trying to display Google maps offline using JaredOpenStreetMap. It works fine in emulator. Also it works fine in several SonyEricsson phones (K770 and W750).
But a problem occurred with N95. It do not shows the map. Only thing it display is a white screen. Map is not loaded. This problem do not occur always. Sometimes it shows the map.
I just cant think of the cause to this problem. May be has something to do with available memory in the phone.
By the way I'm using 256*256 tiles.
Can someone help me on this problem?

JAR size is 1.2 MB.
I think you are right. It must be the free memory amount of the device.
What is the total size of the maps in the JAR file?
The issue could be related to total size of JAR file, but in principle a few MB should be usable with N95. Also total amount of free memory on specific device could be relevant, e.g. if you have many other apps installed.
